It pains me to say this, but with Rhonda's election bid in the fall, I am going to have to be neutral for all the other races. Rhonda wants to win this November. We are going to do everything we can to win. We are going to run a positve campaign and have fun. Win or lose, we are going to do it with style. So far, I think my tribute blog to Rhonda is pretty cool and I am having fun with it. Daunting task to say something nice about your wife each and every day until November. I certainly think I can do it.
While I am at it and since I have to campaign until November, I guess I will remain politically active so I can work on the Tom Corbett for Governor campaign. I also owe Mike Reese some work and without a doubt I want to see Tim Krieger re-elected. So, I guess my demise is a bit premature.

As usual, I have deleted some posts.
After an election, I always like to delete a few posts which commented on the current election. Last election, I deleted the entire blog. For this election, I just deleted the appropriate subjects. I left the Frank Schiefer post up because I really want Frank and others to learn to put things aside and just get along. Life is way to short.

Michael Steele for RNC Chair
Michael Steele, who should be a US Senator from Maryland (thanks a lot Rumsfield and Bush. You had to wait until the day after the election to fire Rumsfeld. You couldn't do it a week before the election. Cost us several senate seats. Bob Casey had a field day beating Santorum over the head with Rumsfield) would make a great chair of the RNC.
The RNC needs a new enthusiastic and unapologetic conservative leader. Michael Steele is that leader! Let's just hope the RNC can recognize a leader when they see one!
